BuildQuivo Beta: real, tested quantity tools · No local pricing or certified engineering claims

Accuracy & methodology

How BuildQuivo calculates quantities and communicates limits.

Clear mathematical formulas

Our basic-quantity calculators implement documented arithmetic and geometry. The calculation engine uses canonical SI quantities internally, converts user-entered metric or US customary units and displays results with rounding appropriate to the result type.

What is independently checked?

We run automated golden-value, edge-case and cross-unit tests for the released formulas and browser workflows. That is a software quality check, not certification by a licensed architect, engineer or surveyor.

Order quantities are not installed quantities

Where an allowance is provided, it is an editable assumption. Actual waste, cuts, compaction, manufacturer yield and installation requirements vary. Whole units like boxes and rolls are rounded up.

Building codes and professional review

Local building regulations and standards differ by jurisdiction and edition. This beta does not select applicable codes, determine structural adequacy, check electrical/fire compliance, or approve construction plans. Use qualified professionals for regulated work.

Local data

Country selection in this beta is for personal preference only. No live supplier prices, labor rates or building-code datasets are implied. Future local estimates will be published only with identifiable data sources, dated prices and review.

Issues or questions

Do not rely on a result that appears inconsistent with real dimensions, product instructions or competent professional advice. Independent validation remains important, particularly for costly or safety-sensitive work.
